Which Perch Training Stand would be best for..

I have a Quaker Parrot and I am currently teaching her flight recall from her little basket perch to my finger I soo need something much more stable because right now she is in the hopping stage and I don't think she is comfortable taking flight.

I want to get the Parrot Training Perch Kit but I want to make sure and get the right size for a Quaker and I can never figure out the right size! Help! lol.
