How to teach jump?

Never tried to teach a bird to jump. Which way do you want the bird to jump, up, down or across?

In the video the key words are " Jump " or " Jump Up" the person is showing the bird exactly what she wants it to do. So the method of training the bird is to say " Jump" or " Jump Up " and jump. try to sound excited. Copy what the girl is doing and you should have no problems. What species of parrot are you wanting to train to do this ?
