Do you have links? Because I just went to Youtube, put parakeet tricks on the search and looked at the first ten they had there and the only one that had a budgie with full wings was a two month old bird that was been given food from a syringe as a reward (a TERRIBLE thing to do as the poor baby was obviously hungry!).

Oh god poor bird :( that is downright cruel

there was someone on here with a budgie called wiki. I'll try find the links later
