New ninfa parrot (scared)

I got my new Ninfa few weeks ago , maby a month , and he does sing and shows interest but when i get close to him he is shaking , and i cant touch him nor can i feed him, so my question is ...
How can i make this bird stop being afraid of me ?!

You can't make him stop being afraid. You have to respect his space and give him as much freedom as possible. Don't put you hand in and try to touch him. He will come to you when he is ready.

The basic recipe for this situation is to sit and talk and quietly sing to the bird from outside of its cage while offering an occasional treat such as a few bites of a sprig of millet. This can help to calm and reassure the bird that you will not hurt it. It also allows the bird the chance to get accustomed to you and for you to get to know the bird.
