Absolutely is. If your birds are comfortable with you and trust you, they'll often eat out of your hand. My budgies don't particularly care for people and won't often eat out of my hand, but I have gotten them to take a millet spray and No Name's taken some of his favorite seeds.
Sounds like you're doing a great job with them! They must really love you.
