Ladu cockatiel training plz reply!

Well, I try to train my cockatiel target training. I have had him for over two weeks now. I train him but he just preens and he does do it sometimes but he forgets the next training session. I don't know what to do! Can someone help please

Try to make sure that you don't push him too hard into doing something he might not want to do. Give him a few minutes once you showed him what to do and he might copy you. After that then wait a bit more, then do it again and he might copy you again. If he starts preening his feathers then let him do it and wait till his stopped, so he does the trick whenever he wants to and not if you force him!

make the training sessions short and multiple times a day . 3 times a day 15 minutes each is very good .
