My bird has an adorable trick that she learned all by herself. Well, I don't know if it's a "trick" because I can't just get her to do it by giving a cue, but it's still adorable and very clever.
She used to have this swing perch that hung from the ceiling, and she got into the habit of climbing up to the ceiling, removing the swing, and then getting stuck up there, flailing, hanging by the hook. I guess she learned pretty quickly that this was a way to get attention, because she started acting this way on her normal perches. When she really wants attention, she'll lower herself down on her perch and dangle by her beak, and flail her little feet around in the air, pretending she's stuck that way. It's definitely fake, by the way, because if someone doesn't come to her rescue immediately she'll give up and get back up onto her perch, then lower herself down and try again after a few seconds' break. But I think it's absolutely adorable so I always make sure to pick her up and tell her what a good girl she is when she does it. How cute is that!
