Need ideas.

My guys have been doing good with thier training (we call it going to school LOL). They both know target, wave, turn around and fetch. The Sun is VERY proficient at all, the Green Cheek at all, but fetch, he can do it, but it is sloppy. So anyway, I was wondering what would be the next in the progression of trick training? I haven't tried anything new in a few weeks and I do not want them to get bored, I was just waiting on the GCC to catch up. So the next trick should be....? Input please.

I have tried this and all that happens is that both birds become distressed and do not want to train. Not to mention I can only get them to "shake" once out of maybe 10 tries. I have tried blowing softly, blowing hard, from all different angles. They just do not like it and will almost never shake thier head. Any input?

If you train by blowing at them i certainly understand that they find it distressing; this is not a god method.
You want to shape the behaviour from scratch or catch them shaking on their own.
Start rewarding any slight head movement and then gradually shape it into a head shake.

Other stuff to teach could be to show their wings, go through a tunnel or present their feet for nail trimming, taking liquid from a syringe and similiar stuff, if you havn't tought themore "good to know"-stuff already.

Good luck!
