Regurgitating during trick training.

Lately, maybe the last few weeks or so, Stitch has started to regurgitate during training. It almost seems as he is rewarding himself for the tricks, because he always do it after tricks. I dont give him any rewards when he does this, because I dont want to promote it.

Any thoughts on why he does this, and how it can be avoided, other than ignoring it?

See about feeding less. If the bird has an emptier crop at training time then there isn't anything available to regurgitate.

Otherwise just take a break from training for a week or two and then try again. You don't want this to keep going on. It should go away on its own but it's important not to make it habit.

Myrtle tries to feed me all the time. All we have to do is be cuddling. When I catch her at it I point my finger and tell her no. She swallows it back down.
