Will he ever fly again?

My cockatiel is unfortunately clipped

will he ever be able to fly again?
Note: My 'tiel could fly before it was clipped :greycockatiel:

Yes. If he did before than he knows he can and will start practicing soon.

It depends, you may need to teach him (michael has an article on teaching birds to fly on his blog) or he may figure it out by himself.
