these are bandits feathers theyre always looking like this. is it from improper preaning? any info would be appreciated

I'm not really sure, could it be some form of nutrient problem (alhtough your birds have such a good diet I couldn't imagine this).

Maybe send these pictures to a vet.

I would doubt its anything to worry about but no harm in checking
