hi i bought indian ringneck last day. But i have any questions. İt's a baby ?

they develop the black ring round the neck at between one and a half and two years, but thats only if its a male.
it could be a female in which case it wont have a ring, it looks faily young but its difficult to say form your photos.

I don't know about the age of your bird - but are you sure this is in fact an Indian Ringneck? The shape of the head/body and, especially, the color (and size) of the beak actually reminds me a lot of an African Ringneck.
