hello i have a plastic water dish and my bird always gets food, and poops in there and it get real slimy. and just cleaning it with dish soap and water doesn't clean it can i use clorox spray with bleach then soak it in soapy water?

don't use bleach on plastic. I use really hot water with a little dish soap. you might want to raise the dish higher over perches so they aren't over them to poop. change the water more often during the day so they don't get so slimy I have to change the water at least 2 times a day since they like to dip food.
