Confused by your question. Are you trying to train "stationing"?

I too am not sure what you are trying to do and would appreciate it if you could explain it with more detail.

I do see you are saying the birds are not taking the treats, have you tried different treats? What do they like the best, use that as treats.

If you are unsure, buy a few different types of nuts or fruits and see which one they eat first and most of.

LOL - They are IRN's, my dear, they are not grays, senegals or caiques! You expect too much of them, these are not 'clownish' birds. Parrots can be trained to do tricks (see Michael's videos) but it takes hours and hours, a lot of patience, persistence, dedication and a certain way of doing things (why don't you order Michael's book?). Besides, one should not keep parrots just so one can teach them to do tricks... Most of us are happy that our birds are healthy and that they step up for us without biting us and you complain because they don't want to learn to play dead?

Mine goes whereever the training is....cant see a bird losing its motivation based on place in house unless there are tonnes of distractions on table or floor? Doesnt seem to be cause bird will fall asleep there? So obviously he is comfortable on table/floor.
Do some easy/already taught tricks on table/floor and get bird into idea that this is also training territory and go from there.

Hope this helps,
Wayne
