Lordy, such vitriol! I only said that Asian people have a different way of looking at animals, I didn't say it was a bad way, just different. Different cultures have different perceptions about a lot of things. I am from South America and I can assure you that we look at things differently from Americans, Europeans, Asians, etc. I wasn't been rude. I was simply stating a fact and refrained from passing any judgment even though I am completely against people breeding parrots to be used as humans' pets - especially people who don't know what they are doing and end up causing harm. You, on the other hand, come here asking for advice and end up been rude to the people who bothered answering you - do you really think that is the way to get people to help you? If we had a misconception, just clarify it. We don't have a crystal ball and will, on occasion, make incorrect assumptions but, in our defense, there are lots of people from Asia who post here asking for medical and/or breeding advice because there are no avian vets, behaviorists or even experienced breeders over there so, although we were wrong, we were basing our assumption in our collective experience.

I could tell you how to stop them from breeding in a safe way and without any undue stress to them, but you made it clear you don't want to hear from me so I will refrain from replying to any of your postings. And, by the way, there is no need for you to feel sorry for my parrots, they are quite healthy and happy, especially now that we are in breeding season and are having 'fun'. They don't breed because I prevent it but, if I allowed them to, I am certain they would raise healthy babies.

sorry but I don't really know why you have got all defensive? I think what I write says loud and clear that I was making reference to the Asians *I* know. I don't care for race or where someone lives but I do care about the way Animals get treated. Not one person on here accused you of being a bad owner but every single person on the planet can improve things for the animals we keep no matter how much we already do. I do hope you read your replies again and take them in the way they were meant.
Btw, if you did decide not to breed you can replace the eggs with dummy eggs. I would encourage you to do more research on all the points that have been made here though and make a more informed choice on whether to breed or not.

...anyways the last baby hatched a couple of days ago, and i was told by an experienced breeder to see if my conures would allow for Co-parenting, and guess what, they have! The baby is now 3 days old and healthy. I am taking the baby out, feeding it and putting it back in the box for the parents to keep warm. I was also told that the parents might eventually catch on that they need to feed the baby and start feeding themselves.

Yay! Good for you. I am glad that the babies are doing well and that the parents are letting you help. Please keep us informed on their progress, and maybe some pictures.
