If you can hear her breathing, there is something happening in there. It could be many different things: something stuck in one of her nares, a respiratory infection, liver or heart enlargement, liver disease (they retain liquid in the abdomen and it pushes against the air sacs), aspergilloma, aspergillosis, etc. Please take her to an avian vet for a complete physical.
