The amount of time spent out of their cages, for my birds, varies randomly from day to day. It all depends on what I have to do that day as well as anything that I know is coming up which could impact their time. They can count on a minimum of two hours out with the average amount of time out hovering somewhere around 6 hours.

A LOT more, I'd aim for AT LEAST 2 hours out of cage time.

I'd agree, 2 hours at least, and many more hours than that if possible! :).
