Does anyone know what this means?

I know this is a poor video, but it's hard to take a good one while the model is on my shoulder. I just wanted to know if you can tell me what this sound means? S/he makes this sound all the time and i figure it must have a meaning right?

I agree that sounds like a baby sound. He will out grow it. It's really cute though!
