Welcome to the forum.

I can't help you. I dislike breeders and stores that sell animals. I believe in rehome and rescue.

Wait a minute and someone will come on to help you.

Where do you live? I will see what I can find for you. The majority of us prefer to go through avian rescues or private persons looking to rehome their birds rather than to use breeders or pet stores. The reason for this is that most pet stores purchase birds through bird mills, just like puppy mills only birds. Although bird rescues and sanctuaries are relatively new less than 20 years old most of them are overflowing and can't keep up with the demand to take in more unwanted birds. Because of this glut of unwanted birds we prefer to adopt rather than to encourage breeders to keep breeding more and more birds to go into rescues.

I would also check in their links to see if they have a listing for breeders in your area. If you have an avain or exotic vet in the area they might know of some breeders. Try bird clubs as well you may find something there.
I was hopeing that you would tell me what state you were in but after thinking on your post I am guessing that you may be in the eastern part of PA., so I will see if I can find anything there that may be useful to you.
I just checked in PA and here is a link for you
http://allparrotproducts.com/bird-breed ... nsylvania/
See if this will help, contact the breeders and try to set up an appointment to come and look over their birds.
Let me know if you need more and I will see what I can find for you.

Thanks for the welcome, but instead of just saying "can't help you" why not tell me where to find rescues then? Seems pointless to post with nothing to offer... guess it helps your post count.

Google has been more helpful than you...

You did not put your location in the info box.
I have 2 Amazons, 9 Cockatiels, 7 dogs, 4 cats and all are rescues or rehomes that are soon to need rescuing.
Yes I am abrupt. I have always been that way. Wolf usually comes in after me and smooths my words.
Wolf, sorry that you have to do that. I will try to change my ways.
