I have left three messages for her and she has never called back. I have lung problems and cant go out if it's under about 20 degrees, so I can't go back to the store.
Sorry to get your hopes up on this, but if she's this bad at getting back to people who are trying to help her, I wouldn't want you to take a long drive up here. She's too unreliable.

I don't mind the driving but, if she hasn't answered, most likely it's because she changed her mind about the whole thing. Thank you so much for trying, it was a real kindness to do this for the bird!
