Rambo's last home did not have an equal for him but he bonded to a male cockatiel and called him baby brother. His human had his open cage in front of a window and he would yell out to the other birds, dogs, cats, people and even cars.
That is how I first met him. I thought a kid had been left home alone. When I looked in my neighbors window I came face to face with Rambo.
I still don't have his large cage set up in FL but have propped up his travel cage so he can see out a window. He loves it and talks to anyone or anything that moves.

Awww, he is BEAUTIFUL! My poor Sweetpea is looking terrible these days as he started plucking when his second mate died only two years after his first and most beloved Tobita did -and that's why I took him out of the birdroom and brought him over to the human living areas to share with Zoey, me female Senegal.

But, my dear, please reconsider clipping him. Senegals are avid and excellent fliers often flying around just for the fun of it and clipping them is terribly stressful to birds.

If it was up to me I wouldn't have his wings clipped but he currently lives with my parents who insists on clipping. Poor Bogie...I run around the house with him so he can flap his wings and get some exercise. If he comes to live with me I would not clip his wings.

May I ask why they insist on clipping his wings?

My parents think it is safer for him and they are worried he will fly into windows and hurt himself. I know that is not true and have talked to them about this. If Bogie come to live with us I will enjoy watching his flight feathers grow in.

Yes, lots of older people think clipping is safe. Maybe you can explain to them that they are causing more harm to the bird by clipping him than by allowing him to fly because clipping actually atrophies their respiratory system making them more prone to respiratory infections, one of the major causes of death in clipped birds. And, of course, there is the psychological harm from eliminating the only predator-avoidance mechanism a bird has (that of flight) which makes them insecure and anxious all the time even when there are no predators around.
