Looks like a male to me.
His diet is in need of improvement, in my opinion. If you have been feeding this bird this diet for four years and other diets of a similar type then I would suggest that you have a comprehensive blood panel with a bile acids test done to rule out liver disease. The bile acids test is expensive but it is the only test that can detect liver disease before liver failure is imminent.
I am always afraid of dried fruits and so I never use them for my birds, I give them fresh fruits instead. I also give them both fresh, raw vegetables and cooked vegetables daily. The cooked vegetables are part of a cooked food that is the base of their diets. This food consists of 40% cooked whole grains, 40% cooked mixed vegetables and 20% cooked white beans and lentils. I then feed a seed mix similar to the one you describe for their dinner, but I remove it when my birds go to sleep at night. The cooked foods and fresh vegetables, fruit and a fresh leafy green are given for breakfast and left for them to nibble on all day.
I feed my birds in this manner because all of the seed mixes or pellets are too high in protein and many of them contain soy and other substances that I feel are bad for my birds.

I do give him a range of fresh fruit n veg daily. It wouldn't have occurred to me to feed cooked veg though.

I will leave out the supplement pack of dried fruit in future and see how he goes on

I think that you are missing the point of what I was attempting to get across, my bad. You are, however the one who needs to make the choices as to what is best for your bird especially in the area of diet. I don't recommend that you take anyone's advice on such an important item of your birds care without doing the research needed to insure that you can make an informed decision of your own. I have included a few links to help in this if you are interested.

Well, I really can't tell by these pictures. It looks like a male on the first one but like a female on the third - and the second one looks like the bird is plucking and not molting (you never see down when they molt).

And his diet is really not good at all, my dear. You simply cannot put seeds in a bowl and leave them there all day long. Parrots are NOT seed eaters. Please change his diet immediately to gloop, chop, mash or whatever in the am and a measured, small portion of low protein, good quality seeds for dinner (senegals are actually fine with a medium protein mix but he has been getting too much for too long so he needs to 'cleanse' his liver). Dry fruits are also a no-no (concentrated sugar, not enough moisture, sulfites and, in many cases, sugar added - no good!).

And, please, please, please, take him to an avian vet asap and get him a completely physical: CBC, chem panel, bile acids and, if I were you, I would get a couple of full body XRays because there is a very good chance that his liver is already enlarged.

I went over the pictures several times myself as I had the same problem with identifying the sex as Pajarita did. It looks like a male in the first picture and a female in the third so I also added in that the stance of the bird in the third picture is more commonly seen in the male and the under tail coverts appear to be pure yellow. Neither of which are 100% as sometimes the female doesn't have many green feathers in this area and so the loss of one or two green feathers may make a female appear to be a male. The head and beak appear to be larger to me than the female as well. I have a female and compared her to the pictures.
Now the position of the birds stance as well as the v shapes ending point are probably being affected by the camera angle when the picture was taken as it appears to have been in front of and a bit higher than the bird which may be in fact trying to reach out to the camera. A lower frontal shot of the third picture may resolve this issue.
