Cockatiels will copy each other's songs. My rescue cockatiels come with their own songs. By putting them together they copy each other and sometimes sing the same song at the same time.

If a male cockatiel is healthy and well cared for he will start singing around 4 months. That is when the flock stops feeding him.

I don't know if listening to another cockatiel would bother him or not. I know cockatiels call each other to join their flock. I moved here about a month again and my neighbor has cockatiels. Mine call back and forth with them all day trying to call them to the flock.

He is still a little young if he is a he. If he is a she you will get sweet little tweeters. They actually try to make you understand what they are saying.

Tweety is doing great! But unfortunately since the cuddling video was taken,he doesn't let me to cuddle him anymore,he just run when I try to do it or turn to warn me,otherwise he is really great stand on my shoulder play with my hair, and my facial hair.. lol he is really funny and takes napes while making sure he is laying on my neck.He is also doing something new,he is nipping and biting everything he can! wow! lol papers, wires, cables, keyboards, anything ...lol.. I am taking care to remove anything that can present for him a danger.

The link to the video isn't working.

Thanks, but it really has little to do with prediction 'cause I know my crystal ball is at the magic shop for repairs.
But along the same lines if you are liking your laptop and need the keys to know what you are typing ( I do), then you either need to get a cover for the keyboard that you can see through, get him his own keyboard and play with it with him or resign yourself to his removal of the keys. You don't have much time as I saw his interest in the keys in your video.
