How could anybody say that a parrot isn't adorable?
Cuteness comes in all forms. May it be from their looks, to the way they act, to any sort of simple noise they make, anything can be endearing.
This is kind of an unrelated topic but it still fits I suppose;
I read an article once on what certain aspects cause most humans to find certain animals cute. The study was done mostly with baby animals; puppies, kittens, that sort of thing. Apparently the reason why most people find animals especially adorable is their 'likeness' to a human baby. Infants have large eyes, small noses, and large heads in proportion to their bodies. To us, that underlying instinct to care for them just kicks in. Plus that small little mewling noise they make can easily resemble a child's cry. It was quite an interesting article. I wish I could find it again and share! Although I don't find babies as cute as animals, that's the overall science behind why human beings find animals adorable.
