CAG pooping issue!

Hi, i've previously had parrots and CAG's specifically before but im hoping someone could shine some light on my situation. My grey is about 24 weeks old, and poops almost 24/7! For instance I'll take him out of his cage, he'll do his poop in the toilet then as i'm walking with him he'll do another one literally less than a minute later, put him on his perch, clean the mess up, pick him back up sit down he'll then poop on me, this is all within the space of a couple of minutes. The longest hes held it is less than 5 minutes. although a hasslie up until now ive just got on with it but it does get in the way of general interaction and I was just wondering could there be any particular reason for him pooping every 2 minutes? Or have I just been spoilt where my previous CAG waited 5 to 10 minutes minimum before passing again?

I don't know... could it be the diet? could it be that you have been trying to 'toilet train' him and he has learned to 'hold it' in his cage so, when he is out, he can't control it? I know that toilet training has caused parrots to end up with cloacal prolapse and that includes losing control of the sphincters, too...
