I grab hold of his beak and say, "No, no, no," softly if he bites too hard. He stops immediately, but needs reminding every now and then. The ears are the worst. He likes to hang on my ears! Which doesn't really hurt, but I grab his little beak to get him off and say no, no, no again. :sun:
