There is nothing you can do, my dear. It's a royal shame that the baby was clipped before it could fledge... I hope that it doesn't have permanent consequences! Depending on where you are, geographically speaking, it will take about a year for the feathers to grow back. Make sure you don't feed too much protein (these birds are fruit eaters) and that you keep it at a strict solar schedule with full exposure to dawn and dusk in order to keep its endocrine system healthy and in tune with the season because this is the system that tells their bodies when to molt (among a million other important things) so you don't want to mess with it and for the whole process to get screwed up.
