she is super sweet. She plucks when she is caged. She needs a place where the owner is home all the time, so she is rarely caged.

She will sit on top of her cage, and be fine, but if she is in it, even if someone is sitting right next to her, she plucks.

Ohhhh, poor baby! It seems that Linus had the same problem because, ever since I have been able to leave him out of his cage all day long, he has begun to stop plucking. Some parrots simply do not do well in cages...
