Multi day hikes with birdie

Postby Fie » Mon Dec 05, 2016 3:21 am

Not entirely sure where to ask my question, so if this is not the right place ... sorry!
I was wondering if anyone here has ever done any multi day hikes with their parrot? I would love to try it out but kind of want to know what to watch out for and what to prepare for.
Our eclectus Croky loves coming along for shorter hikes and day hikes but we've never taken him on multi day hikes... yet :)

Not me. I don't ever take my birds out at all.

I haven't been through Jared's site in many years, but he always hiked with his Macaws, I believe there's quite a bit of good info on his pages.
