mating dance??

Hi, I'd like to know any of your opinions as to what you think Charlie is doing. Not really sure if it's considered a mating dance or just an "i want attention" kind of thing. Any input is appreciated - thanks. (warning: he is loud towards the end )

How old is he? It looks almost like a baby begging kind of behavior rather than a mating dance. The only thing missing is the baby head bobbing. Maybe he's doing a mixture of both...
