This person writes that his/her 10 month old parrot is coughing, has discharge from nose and eyes and diarrhea and, instead of running to an avian vet, writes the newspaper about it! Now, I ask you, what the HECK is wrong with people?! How can anybody in this day and age by so freaking ignorant?! And look at the vet reply!
