Perhaps you should keep them in separate cages.

They`re just a few months old with some rings still above their nose so they shouldn`t be mating yet, right?

And also, I was wondering if I could fast my bird a few hours before their eating time so i could train them

I don't like the word fast because it implies a kind of starvation. I will not recommend for anyone to drastically reduce their parrot's weight without a scale, frequent weighing, and complete knowledge of the species. However, rest assured that three hours without food is completely fine. If training isn't successful you can progressively try 4, 5, and 6 hours. Don't keep the budgie without food for more than 6 hours. If training isn't working at this stage it isn't for a lack of hunger but incorrect training technique. Reserve the best treats (millet spray) for training treats only.

They are probably feeding eachother. This doesnt have to be a sign of mating. Young birds feed eachother as well.
I would not seperate them. They are having a good time together and are very good friends if they are feeding. Seperating them would just cause stress and possible have them start screaming at eachother. If you just keep them in a cage with no nesting opportunity you shouldnt have any problems.

Are they boy and girl? Or two boys?

I was told that you can't tell the gender of parakeets when they are a few months old :?

So I'm not too sure about their genders
