Actually, you know what I think would absolutely work best? Take a vacation. Just you and leave hubby with the bird. No joke, in two weeks it should solve everything.

Three. But we have been together quite a bit longer than that... :shock:

As for the vacation, we both travel for work and so we do each get periods with the birds alone... We are both gone briefly at the end of the month, maybe Scotty will be so glad to see either of us, he'll fall all over Bill!

So I get home from work to find they have fallen asleep together, Scotty and Bill!

No the bird didn't get squashed, but that was my first question!

I think it is vaguely possible that I am worrying too much. What do you think? :roll:
