We used to take her in the shower with a hand-held perch, but we have since bought one of the shower perches and she prefers to use that instead now (it was expensive, but it's a window perch too, so we're getting lots of use from it!).
I don't really have any problems with being un-clothed in front of Isis: I don't think our nekedness could have any degenerative moral effect on our parrots, since I really don't imagine that birds have any idea of 'modesty'!
I regularly dress in front of Isis, and consider it a useful form of socialisation, since it encourages her to recognise me as 'me', regardless of what I am wearing (although she did cock a curious eye up and down the first time I was naked - and made her favourite 'ta da da dah!!!' call - although not her wolf-whistle, thank goodness
)But then, I'm comfortable in my skin and don't really have a problem being naked in front of our cats either - or our snakes, my partner, chiropractor, tattooist... I'm a pagan, and so view flesh as our natural state - and beautiful no matter what bulges and wrinkles it may include
