They often rub their beaks to clean them, and some birds will bang their beaks against objects as a sort of possessive or warning display. Ours both rub theirs on their perches quite often when they've been eating.
With sneezing I've been told that dry blowing to clear the nostrils is common and usually nothing to worry about, but if there is a discharge or spray, then it's time to check with the vet. YMMV.
