Eclectus chicks

Dear all I have been hand raising four eclectus chicks , it's been two months now but suddenly one female chick start plucking her feathers and with in one week time she almost get off all her feathers only few left mostly on her head and some on wings. Now same thing is also happening with rest three chicks but it's just a start plz help my babies and guide me as I am very much worried. Regards

I would get them to a vet.

Eclectus are very sensitive to the food they ingest. They can't have any man made vitamins, coloring, chemicals or anything unnatural added to what they eat.

Besides going to the vet, I would really reconsider what you are feeding them. Find an experienced breeder on the net, there are many, give them a call and discuss your diet with them.

Eclectus are not for novice breeders.

This forum is not specialized in Ekkies, please get help fast from knowledgeable people.
