Hi, What does the neck movement in Alexandrine Parrot mean. He dilates his eye pupils, and almost swings / snakes his neck with little mumble type sounds. What does this mean?

Haha, no doubt! Especially since the "cloacal kiss" only takes seconds, these two were really making love. Reminds me of that old Clarence Carter song "Strokin'" LOL He knows it will be a year before he can do it again.
