do budgies eat fish???

Postby rones » Sun Sep 04, 2011 5:30 am

I know they don't...but my parrot every time I m having fish as a meal ,if I leave the table for while, he tries to eat it...
I think it's the smell that makes him curious...I dont know...
the fact is that this is the only thing he eats besides seeds...
he doesn't even eat fruits and vegetables...and believe me I try almost every day with a variety of fruits...

what should I do??? :budgie:

That is so funny.

You can give him a piece if it is not fried or an inside of a fried one.

:amazon: Rambo grabbed a piece of chicken once. I don't know why.

Don't give fish to parrots. Fish concentrates heavy metals and there is no dietary need for it in parrots at all.

More and more people are saying that their parrots want their fish. I wonder if pond raised fish would be safe?
