Choosing my cockatiel need your advice

I visited my breeder yesterday to see the two birds that I will be choosing. The mutation of the bird is Lutino. I want to own a noisy and chatty bird. My breeder said that the two birds are both noisy but it's just that the other one is noisier.Ok here is the choice.

First bird characteristics:
Big size, really beautiful because of its size,
Tamed I can handle him without biting me.
The breeder said, he is loud
Lutino Mutation

Second bird characteristics:
Older than the first bird but really small. He is half the size of the first one
Tamed I can handle him without biting me
The breeder said he is louder than the first
Lutino mutation

Help me decide which should be the nice pick, the big one who is noisy or the small one who is noisier? Both are easy to handle

Which one do you "connect" with? Do either of those do really seem interested in you/get along with you really well? They both sound like really good birds, so I would let your feelings decide. Do keep in mind that once you get a good relationship with your bird, there is the possibility of the not-as-loud-as-the-other-one bird becoming a very talkative little fellow.
