Help! I think my lory hates me :(

3 years ago I adopted my lory True Love from a neighbor, she is about 7yrs old. She used to be the sweetest funniest little bird, now she is a devil bird. For almost a year now she has not let me pet her, it's terrifying to even try. I don't know what happened and it's very frustrating. She use to be so tame, now she's just aggressive. She's always had a slight plucking problem but she is bordering on being bald lately. She also laid 2 eggs several months ago but has never had a mate, could she just want babies? I've heard of birds being hormonal but how long does it last? I can't handle being attacked anymore how can I get my sweet little birdie back? Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated
