I agree about Lineolated parakeets! They are adorable! I saw them in person for the first time recently and was very tempted.

Thank you so much for all of the replies! It's really helping me out :D

I've gotten recommendations for African Greys and Eclectus', so I'll definitely be looking into them. Although I have read that eccy's generally go through a loud phase when they're young.

I love cockatiels and although it'll probably be the parrot I settle for, I'm still definitely open to any and all suggestions!
