Looks ok to me at the moment, just give your bird plenty of stuff to chew on to naturally wear it down (Hard nuts with shell on, wood, leather strips etc), have a look at some other quaker pictures and see how it compares if you want to get a better idea but i do think its ok for now.

Her beak looks fine to me. Most parrots I have seen have a bit of peeling on the top layer of their beak. The only parrots I have seen with a completely smooth beak is an eclectus. I think (but I could be wrong) that beaks peel a bit more during a molt too.
I also agree with marie83; lots of safe things to chew on should ensure a healthy beak.

It's not overgrown, it's just the right size.

The best thing to do would be to compare to normal quaker pictures and those with overgrown beaks and see where yours fits. Also, is the bird having issues eating and opening its mouth? If not, then for now it looks ok. For my grey I'd be worried it was a bit long (my gauge for her is if the point on her upper beak is either before or meets the bottom edge of her lower beak---imagine if you drew a straight line across her chin---she's ok, if it is longer I start getting worried), but for your bird it might be ok.

If your bird starts having other issues (bruises on the beak, long fast-growing toenails) then be worried about liver issues or a diet too high in protein, but barring that he could just need a lot of chewables to wear it down.
