Is it normal?

I noticed this morning that my 2 month old budgie Dorian regurgitated his food and feed it to my 5 month old budgie Wheatley. I noticed that Wheatley did the same thing a couple of days ago. I was wondering if this is normal behaviour? Them feeding each other?

Food is love and comfort. It is their way of sharing love.
Lemone' (male cockatiel) is still feeding a 3 month old baby that isn't his.
Myrtle still tries to feed me.
