need to feed right now

i have 2 cockatiel chicks both 5 days old i took off a friends mum as she said she couldnt keep up with the feeding.one of the birds is normal size for age but one is tiny and im struggling to get it to eat.roughly the bird is the size of a zippo lighter with such a tiny beak both chicks eyes are not really open yet any idea how i can get her to eat
