Nika likes carrots and sweet potato which she gets during the day. I steam them, which she prefers because it's a bit softer, and then I refrigerate/freeze what I make. She also loves corn and edamame beans which she gets at night. :]
I know she'd probably go crazy for the fruit, but I figured I'd try feeding her the more difficult foods for her to accept first. Just recently I started cutting up a bit of apple for her daytime feeding, which she goes crazy for. It took some experimentation but we're figuring it out. She hates broccoli and cauliflower no matter what I do, so I've given up on that. I tried for a full month! and she always threw them to the ground, not even nibbled on.
