The clips you posted actually hurt my heart a little, the technique used where you corner something and than provide what its fearful of at full strenght is called flooding, and it basically makes the bird give up the fight rather than teach the bird that getting a headscratch is nice. possitive reinforcement is the key to make it a good experience for your bird to be touched.
I honestly think you in these 2 short clips touched your bird for more time than I have actually scratched my amazon in the past 9 months (although I just started to see if I could assosiate the scratching to be something good). I just havn't really cared if he wanted to be scratched or not, I've been happy he wants to be aroudn and figured the acceptance of me touching him will come with time and patience.

Anyways as for a tip. reward any small increments meaning if he relaxes when you have your fingers an inch away reward for this, then 9/10 of an inch etc etc until you can start rewarding for him letting you preifly touch a feather... but truth to be told not all birds actually enjoy scratches and some birds will gladly hang out with you as long as you dont try to pet them.

Yeah that first video definitely indicates that your parrot does not want that type of attention. I think it's a mixture of trust and actual interest in a head scratch that will result in your parrot wanting that type of interaction. Through extensive training I can now pick my parrot up in my hand and flip her over and she doesn't mind too much, but she actually has no interest in head scratches or cuddling. She used to like head scratches but lately not so much.

It's the mood your parrot is in, you can not FORCE your parrot to like it, but you can force your parrot to endure, which I don't think you should do. I would suggest doing other fun activities with your parrot like trick training for treats. Here're some basics: http://trainedparrot.com/Taming/ and then on the same page is links to information about tricks to teach your parrot. Please be kind to your parrot. He's so little but that doesn't mean you should overpower him. :]
