What age do cockatoo reach full size

Recently I've been to environmental parks and pet shops and I've noticed that other long billed corollas are a lot bigger than my corella bandit he's about a year old now and I was just wanting to know if they get bigger within age

The ones that I've seen weren't sub species they were the same but they were much older

I think some birds still add some size as they age.My caiqies used to be so much alike it was hard to tell them apart.But now my male has grown in size and is alot bigger

No hes quite a bit taller
