my baby rainbow lorikeet i just adopted on his foot his 2 front toes are crossed over from recently being attacked by wild birds is it because its dislocated, broken,or is somthing they do when its just sore he can still walk and climb around ok but has a bit of a limp

You need a vet, it could be broken or dislocated in which case your vet can advise what needs to be done to fix it or at least make him more comfortable. It could just be a deformity that he had prior to being attacked perhaps if you dont know his history. Either way best to get it checked out.
