yeah, i think water's really important too. spraying them down is a good idea.

also, make sure to keep a large shallow bowl of water in each birds cage, with water deep enough for them to wade in up to their mid-tummies. place it on top of a towel at the bottom of the cage. they will bathe and splash as needed.

the fan is a great idea, esp. when the bird is wet - creates an air conditioning effect. try setting up a couple of fans all around to keep the air circulating.

do you have the AC on inside? wasnt sure from your post. if you cant have AC indoors today, then you can open the windows, and place fans in front of them, and make sure to open other windows in the house and keep doors open, so the air circulates and doesn t trap heat inside the house.

other idea is, if you can, to wheel the cages outside to a shady area, taking the food/toys etc out, and giving you birds some overhead "rain" with your garden hose if you have one. if you cant wheel the cages out, you can take each bird out in a smaller portable cage if you have one, and give it "rain" either outside with the hose, or inside holding it under the shower, such that it gets absolutely SOAKED. birds love that on a hot day! :)
