DIY training perch under 15$

Postby Greencheek13653 » Fri Aug 15, 2014 5:20 am

You will need 2 main things to build it a foldable music stand and a bird perch (I will leave a link on the bottom for where you could buy them)

Step 1 . Assemble the whole stand the way it is supposed be assembled except for the bookplate

Step 2 . Unfold the bookplate and put it on upside down

Step 3 . Glue the bird perch (gorilla or super glue is the best, but don't put to much on where the bird could manage to ingest some) on the top of it.

Be very very careful with glue, super glue contains a form of cyanide and is HIGHLY toxic.

Yeah if you are doing this make sure you only do a little so none leaks out from the side and the bird doesn't ingest it.

I would agree if you had said and make sure it doesn't come out anywhere. just a small difference that takes into account that parrots chew and could get to the glue by chewing.
